I love the look of this dress and got a lot of compliments throughout the night! I is a wonderful balance between sexy, sophisticated, and that "wow" factor without looking like you are trying too hard. My only complaint-I am 5'7" and the long was a bit too long. I thankfully have a pair of double platform heels that did the trick, but could not wear the shoes I had originally planned on wearing due to the length. Also, I am a classic hourglass with 34DD+ and found that this dress actually ran large through the middle. I was assured by 3 different RTR stylists that the 8 would fit; however, I should have had a 6 or a 4. The dress was wearable, but I definitely did not look svelte through the midsection because of the extra fabric..

I wore this for my husband's company Christmas party and then a friend's birthday party later that night. It was super comfortable and I received several compliments from people at both events! Perhaps my only complaint is that the dress runs a bit large-I'm ususally a 10 and I should have ordered a 6. GREAT dress overall though!

Color is more muted/understated in person, but it is still a beautiful dress. Side detailing is studded rather than jeweled. Runs very large-I wouldn't recommend this if you are a true hourglass unless you order it a few sized down.

After reading the other reviews, I ordered down a size and in regular...Sadly, I needed to go down one more size and get a long! I usually don't have a problem with dresses being too short, but this one didn't even touch the floor in the front (the back has a longer train) when I was barefoot! Also, the plunge in the front is a bit more dramatic than in the picture, so don't plan on wearing a bra without some creative pinning... Very beautiful, eye-catching dress though!!!!
