I typically wear a 2 but found that the 4 felt more appropriate for the event I was attending. I'm 5'4" but have shorter legs and a longer torso but the 4 length was perfect just above the knee for me. Another thing about this dress that I read through other review is that the sleeves are a little tight. I agree. The 4 had more room in the sleeves to lift my arms and dance. You'll probably need someone to help you zip thought! The fabric is thick but I didn't get hot since the wedding and reception were both inside. I was happy I didn't have to wear a bra. I felt sexy but also covered and modest in this dress. Overall I definitely recommend it!

A little snug on top (which isn't usually an issue since my chest is not large) the 4 was a nice fit but I ultimately chose the 2 for the length and waist fit. The pockets were awesome and the material was actually really comfy too! I would definitely recommend this dress.
