comfortable holiday dress, subtly festive.
The shoulders are a little strange with the elastic, that is really my only complaint. Otherwise, the fabric is soft, and it's a cute winter plaid design so looked adorable. The sleeves have a nice added flare. It does run short, rather perfect for a 5'3" gal, but anyone who is on the taller side, may way to consider that.

Asymmetrical zipper makes it a step above your goto peacoat.
The faux-leather and color block gives it some extra flare and the asymmetrical zipper is fun too. Otherwise, it is what you would expect from a wool coat, good to ear every day or for a special occasion on a brisk day. The pockets are a good depth as well.

More boxy that you might think.
The scalloped trip on the sleeves and dress are definitely adorable, but this dress is loosely fitted and does not provide nearly as more of a shape as I thought it would. There is an added piece of elastic where the waist is and it would benefit most fro styling it with a belt. The shoulders have their own shape, which creates a broader shoulder look, but if you have a slight frame and petite neck you kind of look like a you're swimming in it. Also, because of the more rigid shoulder design, you can't easily add a jacket of cardigan if you were planning to wear this in the winter or at an event that needs a sweater. Overall, definitely size down, and maybe have a backup just in case.

I felt beautiful!
This dress was perfect, and so convenient! Shipped it to AZ, where the wedding was, and gave it to the front desk to ship it right back. No mess, no hassle, and especially no dry cleaning! I would say it's tight in the bust. If you're a curvy girl who doesn't mind smooshing the girls up top, this dress is uber flattering. Accentuates your waste and flowy all the way down. It is on the longer side, so if you're on the shorter side I would recommend 4-5 inch heels otherwise you'll be tripping all over the dance floor, with mini heart attacks when someone accidentally steps on it.
