I love this color. This was a fun dress to wear to a cocktail type event. It pairs nicely with white heels. This was similar to another dress I rented in the same haul. Be sure to double knot the tie so it does not come undone.

Wore this dress to a fall / winter wedding. It definitely meets the standards of semi-formal or cocktail attire. Love the added slit, which makes it easier to walk in. Also, like the lace up detail in the back. This allows one to customize the fit for them. However, one should double knot or make sure the tie is secure as mine came undone during the event (whoops!). Thankfully I had a jacket on and was already leaving. Because of the lace up back, stickies are a must.

Wore this dress for a bridal shower and received lots of compliments from the other ladies. Material is breathable and relatively lightweight, having some stretch to it. The length was perfect for 3" heels. My only complaint was the lining along the neckline kept showing. To fix this I had to tug on the dress repeatedly throughout the event. Fabric tape may have helped in this situation but I did not have that on hand to try at the time.

I love love loved this dress. It was lightweight enough for spring and summer events. The length was perfect with 3-inch heels even for someone of my height. Although it is pretty low cut, I was able to wear a regular bra that was shaped for low cut tops. The top did require some fabric tape to avoid exposing anything when leaning forward though.

This is a beautiful jewel tone dress but I was not a fan of the fit at all. I personally needed to size down to a 0 as the 2 did not provide much shape. In addition, the length of the dress did not allow for a person of 5'7 or taller to wear heels without them showing.

This is a fun and beautiful floral mini dress. It does not have much shape so I recommend wearing it with a belt if the waist is something you want to accentuate. This is a LOUD dress. If you are not afraid of standing out this is the dress for you. It was honestly perfect for a place like Las Vegas, which is where I ended up wearing it. It is form fitting but easy to wear with a normal bra, which was a plus. The fabric is light and breathable. Note though, this is a LONG midi dress. Even for someone who is tall at 5'8, this hit at my ankles. I ended up pairing this dress with black ankle strap heels but this could be cute with black boots for the winter time.

LOVE is an understatement when it comes to this green plaid blazer by Madewell. It pairs so well with my neutral friendly closet and is a great staple for everyday outfits. Wore these pants to a fundraiser event. This type event has a wide spectrum of outfits from casual to semi-formal. I wish I had a photo of this gown. The dress was stunning from the color to the cut. However, it does run quite small. I ended up wearing this gown for a wedding that was semi-formal. The statement of this dress is really the side slit. This helps with the overall shape of the dress. This was my favorite item out of the 5 I received in this shipment. The color was perfect for a fall / winter wedding. The cut was also flattering with the addition of the belt to accentuate the waist. The top has a fastener in the front for those that may want more coverage but I did not find that necessary and was even able to get away with a normal bra. The material is not scratchy although one might suspect that seeing the sparkly material. I would easily wear this again. I ended up pairing this with black open toe heels and my husband wore a black suit to compliment. All in all I think we cleaned up well for the event.

This dress has received raving reviews but unfortunately was not for me. I struggled with length and would have opted for a long if it was available. I prefer true "floor" length dresses. The ruching does a great job of "hiding" things and is flattering on all body types but the top half just did not fit me. I am small on top and have always struggled with strapless styles. I love a good jumpsuit but this one was a little deceiving. The description reads black but I am pretty sure the color was more navy in person. I enjoyed the sparkle the flecks added. I actually really loved the fit of this dress. It was an XS long and I am typically an XS in most articles of clothing. This type of pant seems to be very in these days. Size and fit of these were perfect. I am normally an XS in bottoms or 24-26. These pants were knit, which is hard to see in the photo so they were stretchy and flexible. The waistband is a pull-on that sits high but is smooth and flat. As for length these hit just below my ankle (I have a 32-in inseam) so I recommend pairing with an open toe heel versus a boot or bootie.

I got the XS and am normally between an XS-S. This sweater when buttoned was on the more snug size. If you want it more relaxed as shown on the model, then size up. However, the material is soft and stretchy so I was able to fit a light-weight turtleneck long sleeve to complete my look for a holiday work party. I kept the sweater unbuttoned and paired it with high waisted light wash jeans and black booties. I wanted to be festive but still look nice without having to go the route of "ugly" Christmas sweater. I will definitely rent this again in the future!
