It runs small but it is supposed to fit tight. I had to have a helper zip it but it was glove
Be careful your heels don't get caught in the sheer part, mine kept getting caught. This dress is fantastic and despite being hard to zip it was comfortable and I felt great in it and got tons of complements

The night was almost a nightmare because my dress arrived a day late at 3:00 in the afternoon.
The fit was great and the material was thick and stretchy so it covered everything and was forgiving. I went with the smaller size because I am NOT hippy and the bigger size buckled around my hips a little. And the tighter the dress seemed to hold in all my areas that needed it.
