Loved the look of it
I sized up like other reviewers mentioned, but the 8 was actually too big- which was very surprising to me (larger bust)! I love the zipper in the back that goes all the way up/down. I think it allows for some extra sex appeal if you want to keep it a little unzipped towards the bottom for a night out. The golden details are wonderful with the black and leather (it also keeps the pockets hidden!). The leather was a little warm but it has been up in the mid 90's lately... I wish I could have worn this dress, but the larger size looked boxy on me. Certainly plan to try again, though!

Very pretty dress
The dress is very beautiful, and I did love the appearance. However, it was pretty tight in the chest and arms. While perhaps not an issue for other girls, if you are larger breasted, beware that it will make the dress even shorter and you may need to keep your rear in mind so you don't go about showing it to everybody. The lace collar on the front and back are very feminine. The cut in the front and back is very flirty without being too over the top. The sleeves weren't really an issue for me, unless I tried to raise my hands all the way over my head (which also pulls up the skirt, of course, so no stretching!). You can also flatten or poof out the tulle to your liking, so that was a nice little bonus.

Better for a fall or winter event
The dress runs rather large, so I could recommend going down at least a size (even if you are larger on top) or two (if you are smaller up top). The cut is very attractive, but the bottom flares out much more than in the photo so I didn't like it- maybe that's because I have a shorter torso than the model in the photo. It's also a pretty heavy dress and pretty thick. The pleating also doesn't seem to be done too well, because if you look on the inside of the skirt, only the middle sections of the fabric have been sewn together while the ends just flap about (not anything to worry about, but it bothered me).
