I don't normally wear form fitting clothes to work so I was apprehensive when it came out of the bag. I thought it would look skin tight. Once on, it was PERFECT. Length was appropriate for work and I usually have problems with short hems due to a long torso. The ruffle cut gives the dress volume without appearing too poofy, and it was very comfortable to sit in. The neckline is flattering and I didn't have problems with my bra straps showing. Stretchy, soft, forgiving material. Lots of compliments from coworkers.

The material is high quality and overall fit was flattering. It is very drapey but the silver metal button detail at the neck, the small feminine collar, the asymmetrical cut, and the crisscross on the back add enough interest. I agree with others that the tag is poorly placed; it is always exposed due to the cut of the fabric. Also... I have muscular forearms from fencing and the seam really dug into my skin although everything else fit well. This is the first shirt I've ever struggled with in that regard.

It fit true to size. LOVED the jewel tone colors and the collar. I'm 5'9" with a long torso and this dress was nearly too short for work. The hem lined up with my fingertips. I wore opaque leggings and a long sweater duster to minimize exposure but I would not wear something this short to work again.
