That I was not able to wear this dress
I rented both a size 12 & a 14 and the size 14 was extremely uncomfortable and tight. I was unable to wear the dress for the special occasion that I had rented it for; instead I wore a dress that I had recently purchased. The dress was rather disappointing in its appearance; it did not appear to be made of a high quality material. The entire process was a waste of time. RTR has changed the return mailing process and I had to go to the nearest post office which is 7 miles away in order to return the items. The previous process was so much better

The process was simple and the returning of the dress was simple. The dress was beautiful.
This dress was perfect for the occasion. I love that I do not have to make room in my closet to store the dress. I have many formal events to attend and I find that having to store long formal gowns and semi formal dresses a bit challenging after awhile.

The dress was beautiful, it did not disappoint.
I like this product very much. I would buy this product again because it is light and not sticky, it allows hair to remain soft to the touch but it holds your hair in place.
