Great fall romper!
Like others have said, this tight waisted number is really navy and not black. Other than that, it's STUNNING. I wore it with a thigh high boot and simple gold earrings, because that's all you really need. The delicate embroidery on top of the lace give a quaint feminine feel to stylish fashion forward high waisted shorts. I also loved the pleats on the shorts that covered up everything I shoved into my pockets. It was a great autumn option to feel covered but not stuffy because of the open lace back. Cannot recommend this more highly.

Tight, but a showstopper
This dress is in no way A-line. The color blocking under the bust is tight to the stomach and I ended up wearing two pairs of spanx when my backup larger size fell through. The neckline is amazing for someone not too busty - I just used pasties and they stayed up on their own. The color is where the purchase is worth it - so flattering and a stand-out. With statement earrings and metallic sandals, I felt like a celebrity. I'd do it all over again with 1-2 sizes larger.

This isn't an 8.
This is not a true 8, so either the dress shrinks or runs small. The fabric is similar to that of a seat belt. Beading, however, is very pretty.

Fashion forward!
This was my backup dress for a destination wedding in the Florida Keys. I felt beautiful with the sheer panel, and the red/black overlay was perfect for a November ceremony. I would recommend you wear high heels with this - with the ruffle adding to the silhouette, I felt like my athletic calves got cut off in a weird place and looked hammy. Still a beautifully made dress!

Felt fabulous, but sitting down was ...interesting
Rented for a night at the symphony. Was initially drawn the the unique fabric and flattering silhouette. Wear a 6 in street, borrowed 6 & 8, and wore 8. Felt fashion forward without being bulky. With nude heels and a blowout, you'll quickly be feeling yourself in this dress. That being said, sitting in this dress is a nightmare, even with fashion tape. With the way the fabric is sewn, you'll sit with one leg most likely uncovered and the other hiding under a bunch of fabric - all while your boobs are trying to come out to play. Also, @renttherunway where is the belt that the dress is pictured with? Neither of mine came with it.

Ordered the day before event - so good!
This was a gorgeous last minute find when my original option didn't work out. The slip underneath creates a flattering neckline with the herringbone overlay. Got compliments on the color and the handkerchief skirt. Loved it!
