Too small armhole
Cute top but if you have muscles at all, the armhole may be so uncomfortably small as to be unwearable

Drop waist, proceed with caution
The combo of the drop waist plus ribbed material means every little gas bubble in your belly will be accentuated even if you generally otherwise feel great about your abdomen. I did still wear this (just not for dinner) and the color, comfort and general ease of this dress were really nice. I liked how full the skirt was too.

It's hard to find the perfect Jean
The leg shape and length were perfect for me (all my own jeans are somehow slightly too short or too long), but these made my booty look... not good. I also don't love button flies. So much work.

Very flattering

Straps were too long
With the too long straps, the top of the dress hit way too low to be flattering (I don't have a short body anything... maybe it was bc I've got small boobs and less total torso volume or something?). Because the straps are kind of thick, I couldn't get them pinned without it being very obvious. Didn't wear :(

Gorgeous! (& even cuter shorter)
Loved the fun sparkle, looks great with gold accessories. This was comfortable and easy to wear. The overlappy fabric (or whatever it's called) means there was no need to worry about underwear lines and you can go braless without worrying about nipple covers. I personally pinned it a few inches shorter for a fun night out in Vegas. :)

Gorgeous dress that is quite forgiving. Even though the boning on the chest was made for a significantly larger size than I am, the ruffle hides any size mismatch and doesn't gape, and I wore it without a bra which I pretty much never do. It is very short but doesn't ride up and there's a lining that keeps you relatively warm. And it's slightly swishy material that doesn't wrinkle (so stuffing it in your suitcase for Vegas? No problem!) Prepare to receive lots of compliments!

This looks like it could've been cute, but it was so small at the waist I couldn't wear it. I'm more straight up and down than hourglass, so if you've got a similarly "athletic" waist, then I'd order up a size.

What a great coat!
I wore this coat A LOT. The length, fit, weight were all great. And so versatile. It's a relatively warm coat but if it's actually cold outside, then this isn't quite enough (and I'm using California standards) in part because pockets are for looks so nowhere to stick cold hands. Beautiful understated coat.

This skirt is so cute-- the cut was super flattering on me, it feels well made and comfortable, and for some reason it was priced at an enormous discount so it is now also the first RTR item I've ever purchased (how could I not, given all the above). I get compliments every time I wear it.

Cute but too long
Your choices are to wear it untucked with the bottom hanging over your butt or tuck a large amount of knit into your pants making your pants waist look bulky. I wore it regardless (with a bulky tuck) because it's a cute sweater, but could've been better with a length edit.

The cut is so good
Loved this jumpsuit. Cute, easy, comfortable. Not see through at all and with lined pockets so you don't get that weird pocket outline that you sometimes get with white clothing-- how thoughtful! My daughter said I look like I'm going to do karate, and I'm like, ya, super stylishly. Only tiny cons were that I had a difficult time getting the wrinkles out and the white looked slightly grayish (I think from overwear rather than by design). Overall, awesome.

This is one of those dresses you put on and wonder if it's actually flattering, but then you realize how comfortable it is and how pretty the print is and then it becomes a wear all the time dress. (And I'm mostly joking-- it is actually very cute and stylish in that oversized way that is currently on trend.)

Liked it but the collar needs to make up its mind
Generally a very cute feminine poufy top that I was pleasantly surprised to find was not see through like most white tops of this ilk. My only minor complaint is that if you have an ounce neuroticism in you (I have plenty), then the collar may drive you crazy. The photos make it look like it is supposed to stay up, but in reality it seems that the collar sits in whatever position it was smushed into in the bag (so like, half up and half down). Alas. Still cute.

I read the other reviews and thought, I'm 5'6", I'll just wear heels, it'll be fine. And then I spent the day tripping on the front of the dress every time I walked up a step. It was about 3" too long for me.

I felt awesome in it
Super flattering dress, with pockets as well as a double ruffle that made the one shoulder look more unique. A tad tight around the waist so it was a bit uncomfortable to sit and eat, but if I had gone up a size, the chest would be too big. I've noticed the tight waist in this designer in the past too. Honestly, it looked so good, I didn't care. Husband loved it too.

Why won't the clasps on on this cute shirt stay closed?
The little clasps that hold the front of the collar are paradoxically very difficult to get clasped but spontaneously unclasp with small movements. So if you want your shirt to constantly shape shift into a deep V after scratching your nose in a work meeting then requiring a multi-minute trip to the bathroom to attempt to get these clasps together again, this is your shirt. (It was cute when clasped though!)

So it was ultimately cute, I think, but in order to make it work, I had a safety pin the front so that there wouldn't be a gaping unflattering hole, and I just found myself constantly adjusting the sleeves, elastic waist, etc so that it would "look right." I'm also not entirely convinced that big puffy sleeves look good on my build, but that's just me.

This jumpsuit was fun. It was a bit much for my particularly boring schedule that week but I must say, I looked fab signing tax papers at the accountant's office. The waist is significantly smaller than the rest of the jumpsuit-- maybe it was just me? I'm pretty straight up and down and if I remember correctly, I sized up a bit on this rental. Regardless, interesting outfit in great condition with really nice fabric.

I think maybe the majority of the pleasure of wearing this was knowing how expensive it would be to buy it. Perhaps it'd be more attractive on someone curvier? It looked a little baggy and shapeless on me, in a way that couldn't entirely be attributed to "that's the style". Sizing down might have helped. But still, I wore it, it was comfy, the recycled fabric was cool, and I felt fancy walking around in Maison Margiela all day.

Who doesn't feel amazing in a catsuit?
I sized up as recommended by other reviewers and had a great fit on this jumpsuit. It was comfortable and sexy in a not trying too hard kind of way. It picks up lint somewhat easily, so don't crawl around with your kids on a light fuzzy rug right before leaving the house like I did (oops). Seriously my favorite rental to date!
