I've been eyeing this dress both on store racks and on RTR for a while. It is beautiful. The pairing of modern turtleneck (the sleeves and collar keep it from being your grandmother's turtleneck) with a grosgrain waistband and gorgeous printed silky skirt is amazing. On the fit, as other reviewers have said, the waistband has NO give to it. So, if you're on the fence, order a size up. For me, the deal breaker is that it isn't petite-friendly. I was hoping for something that grazed the top or middle of my knee (I'm between 5'4"-5'5"). Yet, it felt too long at an inch or two below my knee and, therefore, felt a little frumpier than I wanted. Really a shame because otherwise a gorgeous dress.

I was hoping to wear this to a rehearsal dinner for a winter wedding. First, the RTR pictures (which didn't include customer photos when I rented) don't show that it's an open back. Not all that winter-weather friendly. Second, this fits like a crop top. It barely touched the top of my high waist jeans. If you're comfortable with those two features, go for it! Otherwise, the fabric quality is really nice and the draping/ twist front is quite flattering. As other reviewers have said, the buckle at the neck's back is a bit tricky.
