Perfect fit.
This dress is perfection. Wore it to work (received compliments), to a girls' dinner (received compliments), out shopping on a casual weekend (received compliments). Love love love this one.

Awkward fit.
I really wanted to love this top. Unfortunately the tie at the neck fits awkwardly and the bottom of the shirt is super tight to fit over hips. I couldn't get the top to look anything like the photo. Also, if the shirt wasn't pulled down over the hips then it bunch at the waist but if it was pulled down over the hips it was way too tight and looked awkward. I wasn't able to wear it.

Fantastic work/after work dress.
Everyone talks about that slit, and for good reason. It's a bit weird and problematic when walking, for sure. I handled the top issue with a hidden safety pin and that worked well. However, the bottom part of the wrap dress has buttons to hold it together but they don't go very far down your leg. It also weirdly has a lot of heavy fabric (separate panel for the buttons underneath the top layer). As you're walking, the slit kicks open with every step and there's really nothing you can do about it except try to hold it shut as you walk. It's a cute enough dress that this isn't fatal but definitely don't plan to wear it at an important work function or presentation because you'll be limited in movement and slightly uncomfortable.

Fantastic work dress. Also super cute for after work outings.
Fits true to size. However, the short side of the asymmetrical hem is very short (my fingertips went just below it). I wore it with black tights and felt it was totally work appropriate, with the tights. It would have been a bit short for work without them. Will definitely be renting again.

Perfect work outfit.
The 4P is a tad short for a 5'4" person. Regardless, I wore it to work and work events three times and received compliments every time. Will definitely be renting this again in the longer version and maybe keeping it this time.

Wore to work. Work appropriate, drinks appropriate. Really great basic piece.
I'm 5'4" and 125ish pounds. I typically wear a 0 or 2 and can sometimes make a 4P work. This size 2 is very roomy in the waist. So, if you're deciding between the 0 or 2, go with the 0. It isn't so big that it's unwearable but just not the perfect fit. I wore it once to work and am sending it back but would happily re-rent it in the smaller size.

Runs a bit long. I'm 5'4" and it hit me just above the ankles rather than mid-calf as shown on the model.
