This was the perfect dress as someone who values comfort at fancy events. I loved that I did not have to wear a strapless bra. The gold shimmery details made it feel more formal! It’s very true to size and the only reason why I’d consider sizing up is if I wanted the dress to be floor length. It’s more tea length on my 5”9 stature.

I highly recommend this dress for the girlies with a little apron belly AND curves! It hugged my curves in such a flattering way. I did use quite a bit of fabric tape to avoid too much cleavage. You can easily adjust how much or how little cleavage you want to show with this fabric. The length is perfect for black tie and did display my shoes a little. I LOVED the slit. It made it feel a little playful but still elegant.
