Very flowy, I would even size down to be honest. It went super cute with a pair of white pants for the spring!

I wore this to an Opening Night of a Broadway show and it was amazing. I received a ton of compliments and was stopped by a few strangers at the after party! So happy to have had such a wonderful first RTR experience :)
