Not suitable for large busts
I was pretty excited about this dress but ultimately I couldn't wear it because it didn't come close to fitting on my bust even after sizing up 2 sizes. If you don't have that issue then this dress would probably look cute

Loved the pattern on this dress! Stretchy material so it fit in the bust. It just about fit on the bottom half of the dress when worn with shape wear

I picked this up in a larger size than I normally wear based on availability at the RTR store in SF but I still think this dress runs big. I just had to tie the wrap super tight and wear a cami under to account for the extra space in the bust. But the print is super cute and the material is nicer than I expected. When you sit and cross your legs, the amount of leg that gets exposed really depends on how you tie it so that part of it is a bit of a "choose your adventure"

Ultimately couldn't wear this dress because I couldn't zip it up even after going up a size. It seems cute but I'm not sure if it's worth the effort to try again going up one more size again

Loved this dress, on the shorter side
I ended up wearing this dress about 5 times but somehow forgot to take a pic every time. Overall a cute dress! The material is a little more durable than I expected. I will note that the dress is on the slightly shorter side and the zip on the front side of the leg tends to come undone very easily so expect to wear this with tights in most situations. It fit well on my larger bust and I could comfortably wear it without a shaper

Overall loved the quality, color, and details of this dress! I'll order it again but will size up next time for a better fit, especially in the bust. You may need to wear a cami under to remain work appropriate

Love this dress!
Work this dress for work with leggings and boots in the winter. The material is a thicker sweater-like material so I'd still to wearing it in cooler months. Be aware the slits on the side do go up a bit high so this dress may need to be worn with leggings depending on personal or situational modesty The material is somewhat stretchy so fit my larger bust but I would recommend wearing with a shaper for those that don't have a narrow body type especially since this only goes up to size L.

Form fitting + stretchy at the same time
This dress is somehow both stretchy and form fitting at the same time so I would recommend wearing a shaper for those that don't have a straight and narrow body shape. As other reviewers mentioned, it's actually a super dark navy instead of black. I personally wore this with a blazer over and liked the look of it better that way but the buttons may be hidden. Overall good work dress option

Cute work dress! Size up for bigger busts
The bust just about fit me (38D) when I sized up. Overall flattering cut and cute pattern. The material doesn't have a lot of give and you may be initially surprised that there is no lining underneath (but it wasn't see through). The dress is also relatively lightweight and work appropriate. Would rent again.

Cute dress, may not suit larger busts
I thought the dress was super cute but I ultimately couldn't wear it because it was a little tight in the bust while the rest of the dress was slightly loose on me when I sized up per the RTR reco. If you're on the bustier side, the dress may still work for you if you have a 36 band size and size up. Note that this material doesn't have any stretch either.

Great for those with short torsos or for pairing with high waisted styles
Fun novelty sweater! As a person with a short torso I loved the "almost crop" length; the cut wasn't boxy as many shorter sweaters tend to be. Also a great fit for those with larger busts. 2 things you can't tell from the photos: the sleeves are slightly puffier at the shoulder and the red hearts are made with a sparkly yarn
