The dress fit well; could have worn this or the 4R I ordered, but this was just a little more fitted, so to speak. I will say that this dress isn't as flattering as I'd anticipated. It had a feel of a maternity dress, as there was so much room in the waist (although after a night of eating, that wasn't so bad either!).

I wore this dress to an outdoor wedding in Northern California and it was really perfect. It was just about knee-length and very comfortable. I did notice, as with other reviewers, that the lining would occasionally bunch up, but i just made sure it was pulled down with the dress after trips to the restroom and otherwise, it really wasn't a problem. I'd say the fit is a little larger at top, and a little smaller at bottom. I used a safety pin to make the top a little more sturdy and I was good to go. The smaller size (2) fit perfect up top, but was a bit too fitting in the butt for my liking ;).
