I loved the cut and drape and length (desire being 5'3") but it was very snug, which just didn't work with the sweater-ish knit.

Have rented every available piece from this brand and loved them all. This dress didn't disappoint. Can't believe I didn't take a photo! The top portion is a perfect boatneck and of a thinner fabric than the bottom (which is the normal Chiara thick, scuba fabric), but you can't tell by looking that it's two separate fabrics (seamless look). The thinner top is nice because it's lighter and slimming. Wore to a formal business dinner and it was perfect. Not too much skin but flattering and noticeable.

I've rented several pieces from this designer and loved them all. This color and fit was perfect for an evening affair in which my husband was receiving an award. Compliment received most often: "stunning." And I felt that way too. Only issue was the length: I'm 5'3" and the fashion tape I used didn't keep the hems up so even w heels, the legs were too long.

I am an Herve addict (own 4, rent them constantly), but for some reason, this one didn't do it for me. I LOVED the colors, but there was something strange with the top (sagging and gaping) and the black tummy panel with colored sides exaggerated my hips.

Nice, thick, quality fabric smooths your body in the front and skirt. The lace is stretchy and soft and adds just the right amount of sex appeal to this dress. It was perfect for the corporate holiday party circuit!
