Why is everything short these days???
If you are tall or have a longer torso, don't bother.

As a long-waisted gal, I've had dresses become empire waist style and I look super cute. This is not one of those dresses. I looked like a blue whale in her least flattering outfit. Couldn't raid it off quickly enough

I read the straps were long but you can shorten them using the button holes on the straps. It does run a bit large, so I would probably have gone down one size. Had so many complements.

Oh, I wish this looked better on me. the fit was perfect and it was comfortable and forgiving, but I have a long torso so it fit weird. Highly recommend.

not for women without hips
I am a pretty straight up and down person, so there was visible room in the hips. Like a lot of room. It's beautiful though, the fabric is not breathable so if you are wearing it in the heat, prepare to sweat. Did not wear.

The dress arrived and looked good though a bit worn. Strings hanging and some of the embellishments missing. On the hanger it looked fine but when I put it on, I noticed there was a rip on the seem where the left sleeve met the bodice. Even without the rip I would not have worn it due to the condition. It was clearly a beautiful dress, but not after multiple rentals.I contacted RTR and heard back initially but have not received any follow-up regarding resolution. I did rent a different dress also and it was beautiful and fit perfectly.

Wore this to a black tie event in Las Vegas and paired it with the Art Deco Cuff and the Deco necklace. The fit was perfect and with the accesories the look was a knockout. Can't say how many people asked where I got everything. Imagine their surprise when they found out everything was rented.
