Brand new piece or close to it! Refreshing to wear something new after having a bad stint of worn dresses. This romper is super cute and flattering. Belt loops at the waist band would have allowed for a belt for a more polished look. Stretchy and somewhat billowy at the waist hides a less than flat tummy. Shoulder baring great way to showcase my tan on the cruise. Not too short for over 40, felt trendy and sexy.

My BF had to help me put this dress on after we struggled to figure it out. After getting it zipped up the fit was uncomfortable as the criss cross in the back felt twisted and off to one side. I was on a cruise for Valentine's Day and my second anniversary. I don't think a back up size would have helped with this dress. Awkward fit.
