So cute, but bad button placement!
This is really a great dress. It's easy to wear and transitions seamlessly from weekend activities, to work and to more casual evening events. I wore it with a black and white silk scarf and had people stopping me all day and commenting on the dress. However, I couldn't wait to take it off! The dress is closed with buttons placed 3-4 inches apart from the top of the shirt to the bottom of the skirt. Since they're so far apart one can see skin when sitting or walking. I think if the buttons were placed a little closer together it wouldn't be an issue at all. Such a bummer!

Felt like a soccer mom runway model!
Everything about this dress is absolutely amazing! The fabric, the cut, the drape, etc. I wore it to a gala and in a sea of long black dresses I got rave reviews all night long! Do note there is only ONE little snap that holds the skirt together. I had fears that it would come undone so I placed fashion tape in strategic places for a little piece of mind. The bodice was comfortably snug and required no brassiere. The dress was a little long despite my 4 inch heels. I would have preferred the long side to be a couple of inches shorter. I'm looking forward to wearing this dress again! I wore 4 inch heals and the long hem was just a little too long. I would have liked it a couple of inches shorter.

Fantastic! This is a workhorse dress....a must have!
This dress is fantastic! I got it to wear to a rehearsal dinner where it received raved reviews and upon putting it on realized it can be worn to the office, to dinner, to a party, to a fundraiser, out for cocktails, etc.! It's really a great dress to have! It's very comfortable and easy to wear requiring no special undergarments. The colors are much more special in person than they are in the photos. The lighter tones (not gold, not really silver...someplace in between) each have a bit but not too much sparkle to them. It looks great with nude heels. It does run a little short so beware if your day's tasks require you to bend over. If I could find this dress, I would buy it in a heartbeat! As it is, I got this dress through my Unlimited account and I'll keep it until I've worn it in front of my colleagues, friends, family, etc.!

Truly awful!
I can't believe how this looked on me! It was truly awful! I have petite shoulders and arms and when I tried this dress on the sleeves looked ridiculously overpowering. The length is a little shorter than I expected. It generally fit smaller than 'normal' dresses of this size. Such a shame I couldn't wear it because the color was beautiful.

Retro Feel in an Upscale Way
This is really a neat dress! The fabric is lovely and weave is absolutely lovely! It has a 70s sort of feel to it as well. While I loved the dress I felt like I was wearing a costume though. I guess it's just too far outside my 'style' for me to be wear. However, do rent it if it looks like you!

This was a great outfit and fit true to size in every way with the exception of the torso. Due to a long waist I needed just an inch more to make it perfect. As it was I couldn't wear it!

Fun for Holiday Season at Work
This is a great dress to wear to work during the holiday season. It's got a little edge and a little pizzaz. The fabric is much lighter weight and shinier than I anticipated . It ran much longer on me than I thought it would be. I'm looking forward to wearing this next winter with tights and booties.

Clean lines! Great dress!
I loved this dress but the 42 was just a little bit too big and would have loved a 40 alas. The dress sort of dances so despite it being large I was able to wear it. As I stepped one could see that I had a good figure. I was afraid this dress would make me look pregnant but it didn't. The dress looks a million times better without a belt than with one! Be prepared....this dress does tend to cling! Wore with Ted Baker London 'Juliennas' Leather Sandal (Women) from Nordstroms.

Sophisticated Classic, but....
This is dress is something special, but it does have a few issues. First, the length is a little unfortunate. I'm long waisted and am 5'6" and this dress hits about three inches below my knees. I debated about not wearing it because of that. If you're any shorter than me it's will look dowdy and matronly....sorry! Two, it runs small. If I gain 2 pounds, I won't be able to zip the bodice of the size 42. I would recommend sizing up. Three, this dress is already showing signs of wear. The black threads running across the bodice are starting to look unruly and fray. :( If you're sensitive to the feel of fabric, know that the material of this dress is somewhat scratchy....and there's a lot of material! I think it would be best worn during cooler months. I wouldn't want to wear it during the summer.

Great Dress....Easy to Wear!
Some dresses just work for some people and this is one of those for me! The size 4 fit absolutely perfectly. It's a little black dress with a slight attitude and is mindlessly easy to wear! The left sleeve looks best when dramatically pulled down toward the bicep. It looked silly when up pushed up toward the shoulder. I could have worn this for hours and hours!

Looks special on the model!
I thought I would love this dress, but it's not as interesting in person so I didn't wear it. This dress runs small. I would have needed a 6 instead of a 4 to wear this without having to adjust it. This neckline would definitely benefit from a more ample bust. It's not a great dress for the flat chested.

This is the mullet of dreses....business in the front, party in the back.
This is a great dress! The front is lovely; the back is fun. It's made of quality and heavy fabric. The only problem is the cut. I normally wear a small, but in this I needed a large. It has a slim cut through the bodice, but the shoulders are really wide and the sleeves were uncomfortably snug. I needed to use some tape on the back so that the dress wouldn't gap. I would recommend this only if you have time to get another dress in the event it doesn't fit.

Pretty, but...
This is a pretty dress but could easily fall into the matronly category. The colors were stunning, the cut was nice, but I opted to not wear it. I just kept thinking 'it's a little matronly.' If I had a larger bust maybe I would have felt different.

Stunning Classic with a Twist!
This dress is exceptionally lovely! It’s made with the most beautiful fabric which is much heavier than I thought it would be. While it is sleeveless, I would not wear this dress to any outside event in the summer. It would be too hot! I normally wear a 4 or 2 in dresses but in this I needed a 10 which fit absolutely perfectly. The drape on this dress is gorgeous, but one must have good posture or else the upper area will indeed gap. This dress hit me a couple of inches above the knee and just below the knee, both of which were becoming spots. I am long waisted which helped! I originally thought this dress was white, blue, red and black but it’s actually cream not white. The red thread that weaves throughout the interior casts a pink-ish hue on the cream. I think this is a great dress to wear to daytime events and less formal evening events. I wouldn’t wear it to a formal evening affair. Unfortunately, the stitching on the back of the hem was out so I couldn’t wear it all.
