I pick this dress because of the fabric and style. I enter into contest and spend lots of money on dresses that I never wear again. In the contest you are judge on appearance and we receive the highest points. This is a sexy little dress and I would recommend it any time. Oh I had to wear shorts under it. And YES we won the contest!
