This dress was perfect for me (5'4" and 6 months pregnant).
I ordered 2 sizes, the 42 and 44 L, just in case. After reading reviews, I knew to order the Long to make up for the baby bump. I still couldn't wear my high heels, stuck with a kitten heel, and really could have gotten away with flats. But the dress was super flattering and worked for this lovely wedding in the Irish countryside.
