This dress was an easy dress to wear, although it was short on me! I am 5'3" too!
It was very neon colors almost as well, but I wore it to my graduation and it worked perfectly!

This dress was a classy chic look and I was complimented several times for the dress!
The dress had a hard time sticking on my shoulders, however we used Hollywood tape and it helped! The dress was very hot too because it is thick!
