This was a backup dress for me. I was a little nervous about how "sexy" it would be. I am 5'7" and 140 pounds. I usually wear a 6 in jeans and a small or medium in tops. I ordered the small and medium. The medium was WAY too big in the top. The small fit perfectly. As with others who reviewed this dress, I had the same problem with the straps stretching out. I was constantly pulling them up and checking to be sure the dress wasn't going too low. I tried the double sided tape but it didn't work. I wore a sticky bra and while occasionally I would notice it was showing I was glad it was the bra and not one of the girls ;) While the zipper detail is awesome it's also very dangerous! When I tried the dress on for my hubby I was strutting around in it and the bottom unzipped clear up to my behind!!! I did put a pin in it when I wore it out and that worked perfectly. But the top zipper did unzip a little while dancing... and I did also have a friend unzip it a little while I was dancing... so a little dangerous. I'm a fast walker so walking was hard at first but I got the hang of it quickly. Dancing too was a challenge at first but I figured out a way to move in it. Bc this was my backup dress I didn't pay very much for it... and that is why I gave it a 4 star review. If I would have paid full price I would have been more disappointed. While I felt beautiful and sexy and the dress fit well and I got tons of compliments, I was slightly worried about dress mishaps and I was constantly fixing the dress. I have rented equally stunning dresses before and didn't have to fidget with them which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy myself... with this dress, not so much.
