This dress was great for a spring wedding at 19 weeks pregnant. Since it isn't a maternity dress I had to size up but the fabric was good quality and flattering even with the growing baby bump! I would say that if I was further along in my 2nd trimester I probably wouldn't have fit since I wore the largest size they offer.
