Tiny!
I'm typically a size 6 or 8 in pants and a 27, 28, or 29 in jeans depending on the brand. I rented these in an XL and still found them snug! They did stretch a bit throughout the day, but not enough where I wanted to wear a 2nd time during my rental period.

Wore this for a daytime tea party bridal shower with white jeans and pearl accessories -- very cute. I'm busty so I sized up but probably should've stuck with my true size as the sleeves and shoulder were a little too large.

Cute, but…
Sized way up based on previous reviews. I’m usually a 6/8, but ordered the 42. The waist was comfortable, but the hips and butt felt baggy. This only worsened as the shorts stretched out throughout the day. If I were to rent again I’d see if I could button the 40.

Such a cute set!
Sized up to a 12 in this and glad I did! There is a small snap to keep the wrap secure but I added a safety pin for extra security. There are snaps on the shoulders to secure your bra straps and help keep the top up. Loved this set!

Such a cute set!
I wanted to order these in a 12, but they were not available so I went with a 10 — they fit great! For reference, I’m usually a street size 8, but will often rent a 10 in designer apparel. I’m more of an hourglass shape — but am also 9 months postpartum — so if you carry your weight in the middle you may want to size up. So, so cute with the matching top for a date night!

I sized up after reading several reviews about “no stretch” — I wouldn’t say these are the stretchiest jeans, but there is definitely some give. Get your usual size for 7’s. I’m usually a 29/30 and got the 31 because that’s what was available). They were loose around the waist straight out of the packaging and became unwearable by the end of the night. Good basic jeans. If I rented again I’d stick with my regular size.

I wore this out for a night during my Vegas bachelorette. I runs true to size for Herve - I'd say the large is a good fit for a true 6 to a small 8. It's short and rides up a bit as your walk, but overall I loved it!

Rent this jumpsuit!
Absolutely amazing jumpsuit - you will get attention in the best way all night! I rented this for my bachelorette in Vegas and wish I had an excuse to wear again. It does run at least a size small and I definitely would have been more comfortable in the 8, but it wasn't available. The fabric has some stretch and holds you in nicely once you're in it. Zipping in was a two person job and you're not using the restroom at all, but still so worth it!

Day party dress
I wore this for my mother in law's birthday brunch and felt great! Only the 6 was available, but it was comfortable and stayed out with only one safety pin. Length was a little long, but worked fine with heels.

Perfect in every way!
I've rented this dress a couple times - most recently for my engagement photos. I agree this dress runs slightly small, but I was more than comfortable in the 10 and probably could have fit the 8. First time around I rented the 12 after reading other reviews and it was definitely too big, even on a larger bust. I received so many compliments whenever I've worn it and would highly consider purchasing!

This was great for a summer evening out! The fabric is super breezy and fun. Only the 6 was available, but I was able to zip it and wear it comfortably all evening. Length was a little long, even with 3 inch heels.

Great Wedding Guest Dress
I rented this for my cousin's destination wedding on Charleston. The pattern is pretty and unique. Having rented other Black Halo dresses, I knew to size up. I could have fit the 10, but the 12 was much more comfortable after dinner and dancing in the summertime heat. Fabric wrinkles a bit, but not terrible. At 5'5" it hit me below the knees, but still looked fine with a ultra high heel.

Even Strangers Loved It!
I was stopped multiple times to ask where I got this dress! I felt very cute and flirty, but it runs so small I recommend going two sizes up. I rented the 10 and the inside button closure would barely hold. I also had to enlist the help of a couple safety pins to keep everything secure, but overall would rent again in a larger size.

I rented this for a friend's birthday party and just loved this dress! It fits true to size (I am usually an 8, but only the 10 was available so it fit me a little large). Can't really wear a bra with it, so be prepared with some pasties. Plenty of room for a larger bust.

Classic LBD
Slimming and sexy LBD! I found it ran a little on the smaller side, but fabric has some stretch to it so it wasn't totally uncomfortable to pull off for a NYE feast. I usually have an issue with straps being too long, but these almost felt a touch too short and cut a bit into my shoulder (non-adjustable). Definitely have to go braless or pasties with this one, but the bodice is structured and supportive. Hit slightly below the knee on me for a nice silhouette.

Love this dress!
Super cute and versatile dress! I rented this though unlimited and wore several times. Looks great with nude heels and can be dressed up or down. I thought it fit true to size or maybe a little big, with just the right amount of cleavage for my 36D bust. Would definitely rent again and/or consider purchasing!

This was my birthday rental from RTR and I wish I could keep it! It was just the right combination of sexy with classy, and I received so many compliments. I would say it runs true to size or even slightly large. I am 5'5"/165lb/36D and the 10 felt a little too big, however the 8 wasn't available to try. Definitely needed a sticky bra, but if the dress fit more snug I probably could have gone without. Rent this one - you won't regret it!

I wore this to a very nice birthday dinner in NYC for my boyfriend's friend (and a lot of other people I hadn't met before). I cannot tell you how many WOW!'s I received that night and I felt absolutely incredible wearing this dress. The dress is super comfortable with a ton of stretch and has enough support that I didn't even have to wear a bra (although the straps are such that you could if you wanted). At the end of the night my boyfriend also asked if I could buy it - he loved it that much!

Great dress!
I loved this dress that I wore to a coworkers wedding. The color is an amazing green, and the side cutouts make it a little sexy while still remaining a super classy number. There wasn't a huge difference between the 8 and the 10, but I went with the larger size as I knew I'd be eating and drinking all night. Would definitely rent again!

Felt like a million bucks on my birthday!
This dress ran true to size with a bit of stretch. It is white though, so if you're self conscious of belly/hips/rear I would recommend Spanx. I wore just with petals as it would be difficult to wear a regular bra with the cutout in front. I felt awesome and received so many compliments!

Beautiful dress
I rented this to wear to a bridal shower. At first I was hesitant that the style and length would not flatter my curvy 5'5" frame, but I am so glad I was wrong! I received so many compliments on this dress, and it was so comfortable to wear. The fabric did stretch out a bit throughout the day, but I probably was the only one to notice. Would definitely rent again!

I had my eye on this dress for some time, so when another rental did not fit I requested this as a replacement. When it arrived, I was disappointed that the color is more of a deep turquoise than the bright blue pictured online. Additionally, the seemingly-forgiving A line does nothing to hide a bloated belly from two weeks of vacationing. The straps seemed a little long, too. Possibly if they would shorter the whole dress would have laid better. Sadly, I did not wear.

This runs SMALL!
I rented this with a bachelorette/birthday party in mind. I noted that previous reviews mentioned the dress running small, however when it arrived my size 10 appeared almost child-size. I would say this dress runs a full two sizes small, and it does not have any stretch. The color and style are nice, but sadly I could not wear. I have not tried other dresses by Likely, but I will be hesitant in the future if their sizing is this off.

Knockout party dress!
Yet another RTR find that I wish was permanently in my closet! This dress fit like a glove and the color was gorgeous. I received so many compliments throughout the night. Style is true to size, but may want some Spanx and "chicken cutlet" inserts to make it fit even better. Would definitely rent again!

Obsessed with this dress!
From the moment I put this on, I knew I wouldn't want to return it. This was a rental for a New Year's Eve boat party and it could not have been more perfect! The dress fit like a glove and I got so many compliments! I felt absolutely beautiful wearing it. The color is awesome and it photographs incredibly well. For a more conservative affair I might have up-sized, but stick with your regular size if you don't mind all your best assets on display :) Will definitely rent again!

I loved this dress! Wore for a friend's black tie optional wedding and received so many compliments. The color is absolutely stunning and a welcome change from the usual basic black. Had to adjust a bit to keep the girls from slipping out since there's no space with a bra in this dress, but each time I did I noticed I was actually more covered than I thought. Dress hits about knee length and was comfortable all night. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful dress, but runs small!
I wish I could have worn this gorgeous gown, but due to fit just could not squeeze in comfortably. The wedding I rented for was on a Sunday, so Rent the Runway could not ship a replacement, but customer service was quite helpful explaining my options. I had followed sizing guidelines to size down for backup due to the fabric having stretch (it does not), and even my regular size would not zip at the bust. This may not be an issue for smaller chested ladies, but those who have more curves on top should consider sizing up! Also, sequins are more a mix of silver, champagne, and gold than just silver - a little different than what I expected based on website photos, but stunning nonetheless.
