I wore this to a gala with an old literary theme and it was perfect. I got so many compliments. I am small chested so I had to size down (probably a size 4 or 6 but got the 4 and 2 and wore the 2) and use some double sided tape to keep the top secure. Toward the ends of the night some of the boning under the chest started to poke into me a little bit. Beautiful dress and the pockets sold it for me!

It was a little big up top so my bra sometimes showed at the arm hole area, but overall I loved this dress. The only thing I didn't like about this dress was the slip. There are two pieces to this dress, the rose/mauve colored slip and then the sheer flower overlay. The actual dress is beautiful and flowy - so unique! The slip I found to be short and small, so it was ill fitting. Luckily you can't really see that clearly while you are wearing the dress. If I were to rent this dress again, I think I got my own slip to wear underneath like previous reviewers.

This is a great LBD. It is extremely flattering and makes your waist look tiny! I am usually a 4 or 6 in dresses, but only the 2 was available at the RTR store. I was able to wear the 2 and it looked amazing, but since there was no "give" in the waist it was somewhat uncomfortable to sit and definitely more uncomfortable after I ate :) I think if I would have been able to wear the 4 it would have been very comfortable! The pockets are a huge plus and the cut of the dress is fantastic. Fuller skirt which is great for a pear shape!

I wore this for a bachelorette party in Texas in August. It is very light weight and was very comfortable in the heat. It's a little short, and the fit was a little off for my body type - loose on top so you could see my bra even with a racer back and a little tight around the waist when sitting. Colors are pretty and you could definitely dress this up or down, but I don't know that I would wear it to a more formal event.

I wore this to a backyard couples shower. It is very lightweight so is great for a hot weather event. I like the back detail, which makes it a little more interesting. The print and colors were great. I am usually a small in dresses, but ended up wearing the medium as the small was a little tight around the hips. I also was constantly checking to make sure my strapless bra wasn't showing as the back was a little low (probably I needed the small on top and the medium on the bottom!). Great dress and I would probably rent again for a similar event.

I paired it with the emerald cut Kate Spade turquoise earrings which was a great addition. The fit wasn't perfect - I am almost always a 4 in dresses and saw with other reviews that this dress ran large so I got a 2 as a backup. I wore the 4 and thought that even felt a little tight around the rib cage, especially when sitting down so it didn't seem to run overly large to me. Loved the back of this dress!

This is a very comfortable dress that fits loosely (a little big in the arm holes). The colors are very pretty. I wore this for two separate occasions and it worked well, but isn't the type of dress where everyone is asking where you got it. Also, this dress would not be good for an event with wind - I was on a boat for one event and had to hold the dress down constantly when outdoors. It is pretty short, and the ruffle flies up easily!

The fabric is on the heavy side but is very comfortable and I didn't need a bra. Unfortunately, I did have some underarm bulge in pictures which was a little more noticeable with the cut of the top.
