I am 5ft 2 and this skirt touched the ground even when I made it high waisted. This is definitely for a taller woman. It is also a sweater material.

The other reviewers said that the bust in this dress is too large. This is true but works in my favor because I wear a 34J. I had no room in the bust at all. This dress also has some stretch.
