Fun heart pattern.
The large worked because I was able to close the bust of the dress easily and securely. The sweetest heart pattern makes up the fabric and adds a nice touch. I did end up rolling and tucking my sleeves inside the arms to make it more comfortable.

Sheer + sparkly sweater dress
Definitely more festive and sparkly than the photos show. A thin metallic knit, this really hugs every part of you but is still a little conservative with the length/sleeves and neckline. Great holiday dress.

True to size.
Got the 10 based on other VB reviews and regretted it- the ruching and waist detail really are meant to fit to your body so should've gone with my true size here. Was a smidge longer than I anticipated, but the cut of the skirt and slit make it all work. It's a true gunmetal grey; a nice touch with the floral pattern.

Needs a second set of buttons
The buttons were not enough to keep the coat closed in windy weather or with anything bulky underneath like a scarf or sweater. The second button would slip out and the whole coat would open repeatedly. Beautiful color and a nice option for fall in New England so long as it didn't need to be buttoned.

Versatile skirt - wore to drinks, work and on vacation.
Great skirt and the pattern is really delicate but still visible. The bias cut is very flattering and Even though it's a longer skirt I wore it comfortably with heels, Birkenstocks, and sneakers. Looks cute dressed up and down.

Pretty dress, but felt both a little big + long
The back is fully smocked so definitely feels like you could size down. I didn't end up wearing because the dress felt a little overwhelming size-wise.

Couldn't pull off the colors, but a fun and size-flexible dress.
The ties made this dress super flexible, you could easily scrunch both ties up to the maximum and really define your waist. I just wasn't into the color pairing, I wish it had been all fuchsia or a different two colors.

Fun dress, runs a little big
Perfect summer wedding dress, runs a little big so I think I could've rented a 6 - the ruffles were so fun but made it a little obvious where the dress was a smidge big. I used another reviewers suggestion and pinned both straps up by almost a fill inch in the back, but that really helped the fit at the bust.

Gorgeous but just not quite right.
I really wanted this to be a midi dress but it's basically a maxi - I'm 5'6" and this hit exactly at the top of my foot, which is kind of an awkward length. Too formal for the wedding I rented it for but too casual for a true formal event. The color and appliqué detail are really unique and the tie front didn't bother me at all, bummed it didn't quite work.

Beautiful made top with nice detailing, but I probably could've sized up to get more room in the chest. Trusted some reviews to size down to a 38 which fit fine, but a 40 might've been better for me.

Summer staple
Held onto this all of July + August. Nice light material, it isn't lined so the only slight con is that when you sit in a certain way the buttons can kind of gap, but I only noticed that once. Sad to send back at the end of summer!

Great dress (with a little work)
I had to pin the dress closed at the bust and also ended up pinning it to my bra to keep the front in place how I wanted it, but I was able to wear my normal bra with was a huge plus. It has a tie lower down on the skirt, but I also pinned it closed to avoid any surprises at an outdoor wedding. Super comfortable for a summer wedding!

Very orange.
Didn't end up wearing this top - it looked like it wasn't taking too well to being dry cleaned and it was very orange. Not at all coral or reddish-orange.

Felt a little large for an 8 and was a little more revealing in the front that I expected, but still cute for a summer day with flat sandals or could be dressed up. For a silk dress felt pretty casual.

A little too formal for work.
This dress fit me really well after sizing up to a 10. It definitely had a 40s vibe and was super fun to wear around my house. Unfortunately it was a little too much 'look' for my office and I had no where else to wear it!

Beautiful dress, funny fit up top.
I ended up having a weird tan line so wore a different dress, but I was hoping I would be able to make the dress work despite a funny fit. The straps felt like they were slipping off my shoulders, but the chest was definitely a little tight. Might be best for ladies who can get away with no bra and some fashion tape, but I was planning to finagle this with some pins and a low-cut strapless bra. Beautiful pattern and fabric!!

A lot of dress.
Rented a 10 - a size up from my normal- as I have worn in other Kate Spade dresses and it was a mistake. The fabric is draped to be a bit voluminous so the extra room from the 10 left me swimming in the sleeves. I think an 8 would've been better.

Cute jacket, I wore several times over the weekend as a substitute for a cardigan or blazer. Fit was true to size but if you're trying to wear over anything besides a tee or tank top you might consider sizing up.

Probably could have gotten an 8 but sized up based on other Draper James reviews. This was a very pretty holly berry pattern and perfect for my very conservative office. Planning to rent again for holiday party season.

Fun pants but too long to wear IRL.
Made me feel like a supermodel, but also made for people five foot ten and up - so long that I couldn't wear them even with my tallest heels, except for maybe to a party or formal event. Can usually do an 8 or 10 from Club Monaco and the 10 felt good here.

Perfectly nice work dress.
Good work dress, not a perfect fit in the top, but I figured out how to wear it with a cami and tie it so I could wear to work a few times. The fabric feels very nice and like you could wear in warmer weather or with tights in transition weather.

This was the back-up dress I ordered!
I sized-up as suggested, but the dress was still tight and pretty short. I am usually an 8/M so ordered the 10, so thinking sizing to a 12 would have been better. Very pretty color and the one shoulder cut and ruffle details were very flattering.
