thick fabric is warm and not breathable, the tie is not removable (RTR did this) so i would tie in the back, simple cute and fit will otherwise!

reviews are correct that this is SMALL, my bust is 29" and just fits in the last set of buckles, i also have 30C-Ds and filled the top well, the straps can be tightened for smaller busts. its really cute, got a lot of compliments - definitely would rent again in a size up to see if thats a better fit
