Felt like a corset!
Tough review to write. This dress has all the ingredients to be a showstopper... however I could barely get the zipper up even with the help of a friend. The bodice is sized extremely tight and there's no give because of the band around the ribs. I have a very small waist and rib cage and I could barely breathe once it was zipped. I wanted to wear it but knew I'd be miserable all night. Everywhere else fit as expected and it's really great quality. Hope others have better luck!

Was super comfortable and easy to mix and match
Recommend sizing down. I am usually a 4 on the bottom but since it wraps around the waist I had to exchange for a size 2. There is plenty of room if you have a smaller waist but bigger hips :)
