Wear it with a slip
Love the dress...wore it with a slip underneath but was a bit snug on my hips so I had adjust the slip after sitting in my car but other than that it was lovely and got plenty of compliments

Perfect for warm weather
Throw a camisole underneath for modesty and maybe a safety pin at the bottom corner where the dress wraps around so the wind won't blow it open and you're good to go.

I was really looking forward to wearing these on my vacay. I couldn't believe they didn't fit when I tried them on. These pants have elastic in the band but the waist definitely runs small and is not forgiving if you have thicker thighs.
