The 0 was snug in all of the right places. I could have worn the 2 if I wanted to be really comfortable but I wanted it fitted! The dress is short (I'm 5' 4") but not too short. The bottom flares out and has bunched up material underneath so it really makes your waist look tiny! Definitely a dark blue- so great for winter or fall event! Wore this on New Year's Eve!
