I rented this dress for a black tie dinner. I wanted something that wasn't typical black so I was really attracted to this dress for the gorgeous color. However, I put it on and meh, it just didn't work for me. Perhaps with more curves this would be a better fit. For me the twist across the front seemed to hit the bottom of my rib cage and not the smallest part of my waist which was not flattering. The fabric is almost like a silk jersey so it does have some stretch.

The minute I put this dress on, I felt instantly glamorous. This is one of those dresses that you need to try on to see how amazing it is. I was a little unsure based on the pictures, but in person this dress seems to highlight all the positives. The ruffled shoulder helps create the illusion of curves and the fabric has just enough stretch that it drapes beautifully. While a one shouldered, black gown can seem a bit blah and overdone, this dress is anything but. This dress is timeless and elegantly chic. The reason I didn't give this dress 5 stars is because it was very long. I'm not sure if it was meant to have that pooling around the feet look or not. I'm 5'9" and wore 2.5 inch heels so the long should have fit perfectly, but this was easily an inch or so too long.

I loved this cuff. I wore it with a one shouldered gown for a black tie dinner. This cuff was elegant and added just the right amount of sparkle. It's dressy but the circle pattern makes it playful too. It was just the right balance of elegant chic with a bit of a fun playfulness. As other reviewers have noted, this cuff does run small and isn't adjustable. I have a very thin wrist and often don't wear cuffs because they are too big, this one fit nicely. If your wrists are on the smaller side, definitely try this cuff.

I loved this dress. It was sparkling and elegant. It's a shimmering silvery champagne that was modern and classic at the same time. I was worried it would be too metallic, but it's not. It was definitley a stylish choice and stood out in a sea of black (in a good way). The dress is a little forgiving but it is fitted and doesn't have a lot of stretch. I liked the cut because it helped give me some curves.
