Very odd fit, runs large and too flouncy for me.
Didn’t like this top, thought it would be more form fitting but just hung in all the wrong places, the peplum was too flouncy.

I’m on the left in this photo. Very form fitting, but the attached cape covers up many imperfections. Can be worn on or off the shoulder. I liked the off shoulder look and wore a bra. If you have curves but want to conceal hips or mid section, this is the dress for you
