Awesome for pear shapes & long torsos
Loved this top so much I bought it! Ideal length for those of us with longer torsos, and cut perfectly for pear shapes (fitted in the bust, with ample room in the hips). I have SUCH a hard time finding stylish tops that accommodate my pear shape and my long torso. This top manages to achieve all of the above. If you're pear-shaped, you NEED to rent this! Color is more of a bone/ivory shade IRL (rather than true white). Slit is flattering and not too revealing. Beautifully constructed and looks more expensive than it is. Runs true to size (I almost always wear a size M in tunic-style tops and this was no exception). One of my fave RTR finds of all time.

Weird fabric & cut
I was looking forward to rocking this for casual friday at the office but I ended up returning it instead of wearing it. The fabric was crinkly and stiff, similar to the fabric on a utility jacket I own. It's fabric that would be better suited to outerwear rather than a dress. The quality was just okay, which surprised me given that this dress retails for nearly $1K. No lining, and no luxe details. That's not a deal-breaker for me, but I figured I should mention it. The most disappointing part of this dress was the cut. There was way too much fabric in the waist, yet it was fitted in the hips. The excess fabric in the midsection totally obscured my waist and made me look shapeless (even with the belt cinched). I would avoid this dress if you're pear-shaped like me. I think this would be best for an apple/inverted triangle shape. Runs true to size.

Looks different in person (and not in a good way)
Looks different in person--background color is a weird mauve shade instead of pale pink. If you're expecting a cute, preppy boyfriend blazer, prepare to be disappointed. The fabric is textured in a way that's sort of reminiscent of denim. Simply put, it's ugly. My husband actually commented on how unattractive this jacket is, and he NEVER says anything negative about my clothing choices. It feels a bit clown-like with the weird color, stripes, and oversized fit. Runs very large (typical for Free People). I recommend sizing down 1-2 sizes. I rented a size S and it still looked oversized on my 5'7" 170-lb frame.

Pretty color but weird fit
Lovely color despite being darker than it appears in the stock photo (more of a salmon, rather than a blush). High quality, which is why I'm rating it four stars. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the cut is quite odd. I'm pear shaped, which means I'm smaller in my upper body. Even though the jacket was the correct size, I found it to be strangely tight across my back and shoulders (which is usually not an issue for me with blazers). The fact that the fabric has absolutely no stretch only exacerbated the problem. I wore this to work, but had to take it off because it was uncomfortable to sit at my desk and type while wearing it.

Most flattering jumpsuit ever!
This is one of the most flattering jumpsuit I've ever tried on (and believe me, I've tried on MANY). My particular body type (pear-shaped with a long torso) makes it extremely difficult to find one-piece clothing items that fit properly. There is a 12" difference between my hips and my ribcage (fun, right?) so finding a jumpsuit that works with my crazy proportions and fits my long torso has been practically impossible. However, this jumpsuit WORKS on me! The bust is a teensy bit loose/revealing, but I just pinned it to make it a little less scandy and I was good to go. I'm the lead singer for a cover band, and I wore this while performing at a recent wedding. It was super comfortable and easy to move in. I got tons of compliments (including from my male bandmates who normally wouldn't notice if I showed up in a potato sack). The mother of the bride even told me that I looked great and asked me if I had recently lost weight (spoiler alert: I hadn't). I credit this jumpsuit with all of the above. I found this jumpsuit to run slightly large, so if you're in between sizes, I'd recommend sizing down. I'm usually a 10/12 in jumpsuits due to my 42" hips, and the 10 in this jumpsuit fit me perfectly (not skin tight, but not super baggy either). The *only* complaint I have is that this didn't come with the belt. I actually requested a replacement from RTR, which they sent out immediately. However, the replacement was also missing the belt! Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. In sum, this jumpsuit is super flattering, it works for pear shapes and/or long torsos, it runs a bit large, and it might be missing belt.

SEXY but runs small!
I love the cut of this, it's so chic and super sexy. It's also structured really well in the bust, so it doesn't slide down. Sadly, it runs quite small. I'm usually a 10/12 in dresses and jumpsuits. The size 12 in this was extremely fitted, especially in the hips/thighs (I'm pear shaped so tightness in the hips is a common problem). My husband loved it, but I definitely didn't feel comfortable wearing it out of the house. If you have small or average hips, this would probably work for you.

Gives a preggo effect :(
Pretty top but added unnecessary bulk to my waist and created a pregnant effect. Might be better on apple shapes that need more room in the waist. On my pear shape, I found this to be unflattering. Runs a teensy bit small. I'm usually an 8/M in tops and the 10 in this top was comfortable. If you're busty or sometimes in between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up in this.

Great in theory but you have to go braless!
Love the preppy meets vintage vibe of this dress. It is an ideal cut for pear shapes, as there is ample room in the hips. Unfortunately, the placement of the cutout shows every type of bra. I tried it with a regular strapless, a stick-on Nubra, and a specialty plunge bra. The cutout showed all three bras. You really have to go braless in this dress, which is a deal breaker for me. Because there's very little support/structure in bodice/bust area, I would feel naked going without a bra in this dress. It's a shame, because I really liked the dress otherwise.

RUNS A FULL SIZE SMALLER THAN THE LONG-SLEEVED VERSION!
I *highly* recommend sizing up. I absolutely love the long-sleeved version of the Slate & Willow Amanda jumpsuit, so I ordered this sleeveless version thinking the fit would be identical. I was mistaken. The size 10 in the long-sleeved version fits me with room to spare. However, the size 10 in the sleeveless version was so small, I couldn't even get it over my behind. I'm not joking. The sleeveless version runs 1-2 sizes smaller than the long-sleeved version. In sum, if you like the long-sleeved version, make sure to size up in the sleeveless version.

Very cute but questionable quality
Love the style of this dress with its flattering cut and gorgeous, on-trend print. I also really like how versatile this piece is--it works equally well as a dress, a duster over a laid-back outfit, or a swim coverup. The other reviews are accurate in stating that this is extremely low cut. It will require either a safety pin or a specialty plunge bra (the latter of which I'm wearing in the photo). The reason I wouldn't give this 5 stars is that the quality is a bit sketchy. This was a pretty new release when I rented it, and it already looked visibly worn (with puckered fabric, lots of dangling threads, and loose buttons). It's not aging well, so I imagine it will look a bit rough after many rentals. I was considering keeping this piece, but the noticeable quality issues gave me pause. Runs a bit large, so if you're in between sizes, I'd recommend sizing down. I'm 5'7, 170-175 lbs, 34C, pear-shaped with wide hips (measuring 41-42" depending on the day). I'm generally a 10/12 in dresses due to my hips, and the size M of this dress fit me perfectly, with no tightness in the hip area.

Not flattering for tall, curvy figures
I love the idea of this jumpsuit (one size fits most with a customizable top). Unfortunately, I found it to be unflattering on my figure. I'm pear-shaped with wide hips (my ribcage is a full 10" smaller than my hips). This jumpsuit accentuated my hips and stomach area in an unflattering way. I also found it to be surprisingly short overall--especially in the torso. I'm 5'7" and the hem fell at an awkward length above my ankle (even when I pulled the jumpsuit down so far that the open back was practically showing my underwear). If you're shorter and slimmer than me, this might work for you. However, if you're curvy and on the tall side (5'6" and above), this might not work for you.

Very flattering but runs a little small!
Very flattering dress on my pear-shaped figure! It's a little shorter than I expected, so it's not really appropriate for work. It's several inches above the knee on me (5'7" with a long torso), so it would only be appropriate for a cocktail party, wedding, etc. It runs a teensy bit small, imho. I'm usually a size M in knit fit & flare dresses, and the size M in this dress fit but was very snug. I would probably be more comfortable in the size L. If you have a larger chest/upper body, I would definitely recommend sizing up, as the bodice is quite fitted.

Flattering & versatile dress!
Love this dress! Very flattering and versatile. This dress is appropriate for work and for a variety of social occasions (cocktail parties, casual weddings, etc). It has an especially flattering cut for pear shapes, as it draws the eye to your smaller upper half. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I had no issues with gaping at the top. I think in order to avoid the gaping issue, the top of the dress needs to fit like a glove. As such, I would recommend ordering this dress based on your shirt size, rather than your dress size. I'm usually a 6-8/M in tops (30" waist, 34C bust), and an 8-10/L in dresses due to my wide 41" hips. I ordered the size M in this dress based on my shirt size, and it fit me perfectly. This dress falls approx 2" above the knee on me (I'm 5'7" with a long torso).

Super cute statement bomber (but sleeves are a little tight)
This jacket is just as cute in person as it appears in the stock photos. The print is gorgeous and the cut is more flattering than I expected. The quality is great. Despite the spring-y vibe of the floral print (I know, florals for spring? groundbreaking), this is definitely a colder weather bomber. The quilting makes it fairly warm and substantial. I could get away with wearing this through early spring, but once the temps get above 60F, it would probably be a little too warm. I would say this jacket runs true to size, with slightly narrow arms. I have fairly muscular arms due to weight training (my biceps measure 12"), and I found the arms in the size M of this jacket to be a little snug. Not too snug to make the jacket unwearable, but definitely tight enough that I would be more comfortable wearing this jacket with a sleeveless top. I almost always wear size 6-8/M in jackets & tops, and this jacket zips up easily on me.

The high waisted pants of my (pear-shaped) dreams!
OMG YOU GUYS THESE PANTS ARE EVERYTHING. If you're pear-shaped and have given up hope of finding chic, high-waisted pants that aren't skin tight yet don't add unnecessary volume to your already-voluminous lower half, I'm here to tell you that these pants are everything you've been searching for. These are *perfect* for wearing with crop tops. These pants are comfortable, lightweight, and hide every flaw (including your tummy, so no spanx required). I may end up buying these I love them so much. Runs TTS. Size L fit very comfortably on me with room to spare (30" waist, 41" hips). Usually size 10/31 in skinny pants/denim. Love these so much.

Cute but not super flattering
Very nice leopard print (tasteful rather than tacky). Cut wasn't the most flattering--a little puffier than I would like. If the fabric draped better, it would be more flattering. Runs TTS (perhaps even a bit big). Size M fit with room to spare (including when zipped). I probably could have gotten away with a size S in this jacket. I typically wear a size 6-8 in jackets.

Sexy, but runs small overall and very short in torso
This is probably the most flattering jumpsuit style I've ever tried for my particular body type (pear-shaped with full hips). The kimono style top and nipped-in waist really balance out my crazy proportions and make me look like I have an hourglass figure (my ribcage is 10" smaller than my hips, which makes finding dresses and jumpsuits a bit of a challenge). Unfortunately, this jumpsuit runs quite small and the fabric has zero stretch, so I found it to be too snug to wear comfortably. I can zip it up, but it feels very tight when I sit down. I'm 5'7", 34C, 30" waist, 41" hips. I'm usually a size 10 in dresses due to my hips (I typically wear a size 6-8 in tops and a size 10/31 in bottoms). Also, I have a long torso and I found the torso length of this jumpsuit to be a bit short. However, I often have issues with the torso length of one-piece clothing items (e.g., jumpsuits, rompers, one-piece swimsuits, etc). In sum, if you are tall, have a long torso, or are as curvy (or curvier) than me, this jumpsuit probably won't work for you. However, if you're smaller than me, order it now and enjoy all the compliments that will undoubtedly come your way!
