I would highly recommend this dress. It's sexy, but not offensively so. It's very low in front, but the mesh gives some coverage, and if you're like me with no cleavage it's not really an issue anyway. No need for a bra, so that is always a plus. Very flattering and pretty for a black tie event!

This was a compliment--one of many--that I was given because of this dress. My fiance also said it was kind of "Cruella de Vil, but in a GOOD way." I guess like a sexy villain? Haha! Anyway, it is very head-turning. If you have big hips like me, it's a bit of a risk, as the bottom half reeaally hugs your hips, before flaring out again at the bottom...so if you have narrow hips, this would make a great hourglass shape on you. I tried on the 8 to see if that would be a little better, and it was, but then the top was just a hair too loose. So, back to the 6. The thick fabric helped smooth my shape, so in the end I was okay with how snug it was, and the back is awesome. I will pick something else next time though, just because my hips are kinda too big for this one. Overall, very happy! Renting is so much better than buying a dress, because you can get a much better quality one than you could ever afford to buy, and you never wear it again anyway. It came on time, and was in great packaging that is a durable travel bag, which is especially awesome if you're not at home for your event. Since it was my first purchase they gave me another free dress, which was perfect because I needed a cocktail dress for another dinner that weekend! I will definitely be renting the runway again!!

I wish I could own this dress! Didn't want to send it back!! It's so lovely... The edges on the top are a bit scratchy because of the lace, but after a while I didn't notice it. And it's well worth it for how beautiful it is! I was complimented many times. I did decide to use a couple of band-aids in discreet ways, but did not really need to wear a bra other than for that reason, and really it wasn't noticeable, it's just that I was going to a work thing and didn't want to risk it! Some people had a problem with the neck, but it was okay for me. I can see how if you have a wide neck or are uncomfortable with things around your neck, that might be an issue. But I really had no complaints, just really wish I could keep it!!! I think it would be flattering on any shape.
