I had more compliments on this look than any other dress/outfit I have ever worn before!
I have broad shoulders from swimming so I went with the Medium top as it felt a little more roomy, but if you are smaller on top the small will fit you just fine (I am a size 4 in most dresses). The skirt fit true to size :)
