New fave dress ever
This dress fits like a DREAM. The puff sleeve mini dress trend can easily go wrong but it's executed perfectly here - it has the just-right flirty short length with flats and just-right dramatic but not clownish volume in the sleeves. Two other huge pluses: 1) POCKETS. Deep deep pockets. 2) I'm a D cup and can never ever go braless, but I could in this dress - it perfectly hugged my chest without smashing my boobs.

Loved and styled multiple ways
LOVED this dress with sheer tights and OTK boots, and really really liked without tights and with flats. I was self conscious about one side of the dress (without the fluttery side hem) being too short for the office, but asked multiple people what they thought and everyone said I was 100% fine. And I got tons of compliments on the print, material, and asymmetrical hemline! Really really fun dress, I recommend getting!!!

Just fine
Saw this on another girl at work and LOVED it on her with sheer tights and OTK boots... but then didn't love it on me. It was a little too short and cape-y for the look I was hoping for. The navy color and material were beautiful and hang really nicely, but just wasn't crazy about it on me.

Ended up liking a lot after initially being unsure
The jumpsuit fits so much differently than the usual styles I go for (a lot looser in the hips and stomach) and was a bit big, so I almost didn't wear it out of the house. Ended up wearing to work and getting TONS of compliments, and was so comfy all day! Definitely needed the belt and maybe could've gone down a size, but not deal breakers. Only real con was how easily the top comes apart and can show your bra and cleavage - pinning is necessary if wearing to work.
