I wore this for our family pictures & it was perfect! Comfortable & glam with a lovely billowy skirt
I went with the medium because of the bust. I'm a 34 DDD and the small was just a bit too snug. I'm 5'5" and the length was a tad long with the heels I chose to wear for our pictures. 3" would have been ideal.
