Usually, I wear a size 6, but can sometimes wear a 4. And my tummy is my problem area. Based on other reviews, I went with a 4. However, this fabric is stretchy and shows every imperfection. In the photo, I'm really sucking in, and you can still see my belly button. When I relaxed, you could see my small belly-pooch. So, unless you have a super tiny waist, or a body you are very proud of, go with a bit larger size. (The fabric is extremely stretchy, I think even a too-big size would still cling.) I should've ordered a 6, or maybe even an 8 in this one. I'm 5'6" and ordered the long, but it was slightly too long, even with heels- the regular would have been perfect. For reference: I'm 5'6", size 6/4, 124 lbs, 34C, straight and narrow.

This dress was classic, elegant, and flattering. I didn't end up wearing because it was just too long, even with heels. I'm 5'6", and ordered the long, as regular wasn't available. However, even with my highest heels, it was too long. I was worried about tripping. I usually wear a 6- and can sometimes fit a 4, but had to go with an 8 (6 wasn't available). It was a little loose, but not noticeably so. My regular size would've fit fine, I think. The fabric is very stretchy and form fitting. If your tummy is your problem area (like mine is), and you're in between sizes, go with the larger one. If you have an hourglass body type, you would rock this dress!

This dress is one of a kind. The cut is very classic and flattering; its waist will fall right at your smallest. The back detailing is just gorgeous! I was able to wear a nude colored bra, without it being too noticeable. And this dress has pockets!!!! It was dressy enough, without being too formal. The neckline doesn't show too much boob-age either. Super flattering, lovely, comfortable dress- with POCKETS! Did I mention the pockets??

This dress is lovely. The tan lace is beautiful, and not at all boring, as some have described. The back of the dress really makes it stand out, without being garish. I was not able to wear a bra, due to the open back. And, I have saggy- I mean, "relaxed" boobs (thanks for that, kids!)- so I was really worried. I usually wear a 6, but can sometimes squeeze into a 4. Since I knew I'd probably be bra-less, I chose a 4, hoping the tightness of the bodice would help provide support. It worked out perfectly! This is the only time, post child birth, I have ever been able to be bra-less. I'm 5'6" and the regular length was perfect with heels. For reference, I'm about 124 lbs, 5'6", 34C, and have a straight body style- my tummy is my problem area.
