Easy to wear, over the head pull on. The medium fit well - I'm very curvy so sometimes there's extra fabric around the waist but the stretch on this was nice. The details are actually little holes but it didn't matter with nude spanx and a lined bra; not noticeable. For reference, I wore the medium and I'm 5'8" 155 34-29-41

Loved this dress; form fitting but flattering. Still recommend a strapless bra or petals. I would have gone a size up for comfort however my backup size was hung with clips and they stretched out the top of the dress so it gapped when worn. I ended up wearing the medium: I'm 5'8" 155lb and 34-29-41.

The slit of this dress is designed to be open (the back part is intentionally cut at a diagonal). If you have hips, this will push the slit even further open. When I stood still I showed A LOT of leg - when I walked, I showed my underwear. My leg is forward in the photo to save all of you from also seeing my underwear. You're welcome :) Other than that, the color is beautiful and has a wonderful shimmer to it and the fabric offers some stretch so the top and sleeves fit fine. It just needs to be on a slimmer silhouette than a pear. I did not wear it but instead did an overnight swap with RTRW customer service for another dress - they were very helpful.

The color is true to the photo and the dress is a classic flattering cut. My dress was a little tight but it worked - the wire in the bodice was starting to poke through the fabric at my torso so I was forced to have pretty good posture all night or risk a few pokes. Also to note that the lining in the skirt is much tighter than the outer layers, so if you're pear shaped I would order your normal size, but go up a size as your backup size.

The dress was lovely and looked like it had worn well for being a rental. Unfortunately, the dress was much too long, even in heels (I'm 5'8" and you can see in the photo how much length is still on the ground). I did order the long, as usual for my height, but it was excessive. I called Customer service to do an exchange and they were great. They offered to send me a new dress, but since this one almost fit; I figured it would be better to stay with this one. One thing I did not anticipate was that the dress was heavy; so even though it was just a tiny bit large, I was already having to pull it up to keep my bra covered. I ended up going back to the hotel and changing into another dress I had brought (which I owned, not another rental) before the reception. I would have gone with either a 4R or 2R if I had the opportunity. I am very pear shaped and this still worked for me although the lining is not as full as the outer skirt and needed adjusted even during the short time I wore it, just FYI. I'm 5'8", 148lb, 32D-28-41 if it helps.
