This dress is likely true to size.. But I am a small-busted girl with wider hips and a bit of a booty so I ran into a little trouble. The 8 was a bit snug, but fit thanks to Spanx., ended up going with the smaller size as it seemed more flattering. The 10 was too big in the chest area, but otherwise fit well. Probably wouldn't rent again for the reason, and I needed to constantly pull down and readjust the dress..but photographed well. Received tons of compliments!

Beautiful dress...lined and a bit heavier, so could possibly work for a fall/winter event. Like other reviews, dress overall runs small, especially in the arms. Usually wear a size 8...so glad I ordered a 10 as s backup, as the 8 was difficult to get on. Can wear a regular bra and underwear which was also a big plus!
