Size 8 should go for a M
Cute, like that the fabric is more substantial, wish I M had been available because L was a little loose. Maybe ok for some but I think it would have been more flattering if it were fitting closer to the body.

2nd time - love
This dress is so comfortable, love how it slips over the head and is easier in the waist but still flattering/not frumpy. 2nd time renting, wish I could buy :) can dress up or down. Even wore it on a longer plane ride. Lots of compliments.

Love the fit and print
A little tight for 39" chest (32DD) but it actually worked without a bra - looked great. A little tight on the waist, not a dress you want to wear to a big dinner. Very flattering!

2nd rent, not as good
First time I rented this it was new and "crisp" and expensive-feeling. This time it felt kind of frumpy, even after steaming the frills straight. Also the crochet "outline" detail had been stretched from wear and was wider at the bust line, so you can actually see more skin thru so.. going braless may be less of an option with the wear it's incurred. Still cute, just not the same.

Wore to a special dinner on my bachelorette - it was amazing! There's a side zip - so don't struggle pulling it over you! It's supportive - I went braless and my chest measures 39" (32DD/F). Wish I could buy!

Night out!
Great for a night out on my bachelorette! Unique print and cut, it's a step up from a simple shift for sure. I have a 39" chest (32DD/F depending on brand) and I actually went braless with this (would not normally go there)- but it looked good! Not sure a bra would have fit under the dress, it was a perfect fit without it and the print made sans-bra an inconspicuous choice. Lots of compliments!

Cute but small
I would have been more comfortable in the next size up and I'm an 8- it would have worked, it zipped, was just a bit tight. I will say I have a larger chest and I didn't feel the need to wear a bra which was cool and usually I can't get away with that (not sure if that would have been true in the L being a little less tight - but it's a bra friendly style so could have gone that route instead).

I rented this because I thought every person that posted a pic in it, looked fab. I think this dress could possibly look great on anyone. It's so flattering and comfortable! I had to rent the Long bc 8R was not available but I taped up the hem for my evening. Fit was great.

Cute for work
I rented it for a party but it didn't really feel correct for a 7pm cocktail party - so I ended up wearing it to the office. It got compliments. The fit was spot - I wore the 10R as recommended by RTR even though I'm normally a 8. Can be styled with sandals or sneakers for more elevated casual look. The silk is nice but more of a matte effect hence its casual-leaningness.

This dress had been around the block when I received it - one of the buttons was missing from the bottom, but it really wasn't noticeable. The ruffles were bent down, too -- I hit them with steam from my iron, and they stayed up all night. The straps were a little big on me but overall the fit was great and it's a black dress with just the right amount of details to keep it interesting. I bought it because it was a deal and I can see myself leaning on this in the future when I am stumped for what to wear.
