I normally wear between a 10 and 12, but have lost some weight, so I’m not sure if that’s why both the 8 and 10 I ordered fit me well. I’m tall, but they didn’t have a 10L, and though I ordered an 8L, I’m pretty sure I got an 8R. So I went with the 10R because it seemed a bit longer, though not like pictured on the model. Still, it looked beautiful and I’d buy this dress in a heartbeat if I could. Best dress from RTR yet.

I was deciding between a 12 and 10, and ended up going with the 10 after the 12 kept slipping down. It's a heavy dress, so if it doesn't fit rather tightly, you'll be tugging at the top all night. The bodice is very structured with boning, which is great for a strapless dress. There was some slight irritation from the sequins under the arms, but not as bad as some sequined dresses. The skirt is full and flowing, which allows for ladies with hips, as well as full range of motion when dancing. I'd suggest that you choose your size for this dress based on your upper half, as even pear shapes will have plenty of room in the skirt.

If only the dress came one size larger, this would have been perfect. I'm a tall hourglass figure, and though I'm not considered to have a large bust, the girls were trying escape from the dress, and my ribcage was constricted. For those who are a true size 8 or less, this is a fantastic dress. It wasn't too short, and the color was as shown on the model. It's a structured fabric, so don't expect stretch. There was no room for a bra, but plenty of support. Very flattering all around.

Super luxurious, flattering, comfortable! I had no problems with bunching or riding, it was great!

The dress was very comfortable and flattering. I am 5'10" with an hourglass figure. The color was a bit redder and less burgundy than shown online, but I didn't mind.
