Wanted to love
The color shift is very cool but that's about it. The upper fabric is almost Hervé-like but it's not breathable at all and it's heavy. As I walked, I kept having to pull it up because it kept dropping lower on my chest. The skirt is also underwhelming as it's pretty stiff and unlined.

Gap in the bust
It fit fine elsewhere but it felt like my boobs were going to pop out. The straps were adjustable but that didn't solve the problem. Also feels like it should have pockets with the gathered fabric on the side. Oh well!

As others noted, this dress runs SMALL. The zipper was holding on for dear life when I got it past my rib cage. This dress is gorgeous. It's a true statement piece and why I use RTR. But it was too small to comfortably wear out ...and to dinner of all places!

It shrunk! Someone definitely washed it
Based on the pictures, this is supposed to be a full length sleeve and below the knee at 5’6. The sleeves were more like 3/4 length and the dress was above my knee. It’s stretchy so it just looked like a short sweater dress but absolutely not the look I expected.

I rented the set and struggled to wear it once because the bottom was so big. I didn’t realize the top had a side zip because I was easily able to pull it on. A little itchy.

Very breathable
A pretty, airy dress that’s good as the weather starts heating up. Definitely on the more casual side because of the fabric. It’s lined through the upper thigh and slightly sheer below that. The stretchy panel on the back allows you to size down for a better fit — the straps kept sliding down.

I couldn’t take these off. I would definitely say these run about a size too big because they’re super stretchy. They have a subtle flare which was fun and a good entry point for a looser jean style.

Tight in bust with a tricky zipper
Like others noted, the zipper was tough. It would get stuck at the seam connecting the skirt to the bust. In the end, I slipped it on with the zipper halfway up and was able to zip it. Heavier than it looks and fully lined.

I listened to the reviews and sized up. The neckline really makes this dress and I received so many compliments. I needed help with the zipper to the inner corset piece. The boning was a little warped but not really noticeable. Overall, it was shorter than I anticipated.

Light transitional top for spring. The pattern is great. Size up if between sizes. The fit is a little weird in the shoulders but omg the sleeves. I had like 3 extra inches past my hand. They bunch and you lose the cuff detail.

The girls were right — this runs small. Sizing is generally tricky with Ronny Kobo and I decided to size up for this one. Glad I did because it wouldn’t have zipped otherwise! It was just right in the waist but I needed help with the neck. I couldn’t comfortably move my arms. A little on the short side but I wore it with tights and didn’t have an issue.

This reminds me of a purse from the early 00s — small, distressed, can barely wear it over the shoulder comfortably. It fits the basics but not much else. It elevated every basic outfit but the zipper and opening were a little tough. Cute but too casual for any formal event.

A bit big and it was hard to get the neckline and shoulder to sit right. The neck doesn’t really look like the picture and the shoulders kept riding up and looked like two little shoulder pads. The sleeves were too long. A little itchy.

Arrived new with tags. The fit was great, although short. The slip underneath was especially short, like barely grazed the bottom of my cheeks. I wore it with tights and a kept having the pull the mesh layer down because you could see the slip. Cute pattern but definitely better as a sit or stand dress. Not great for a lot of walking or movement.

I adore this top and always receive compliments. It does run a little small in the chest as the top button kept pulling open but sizing up would have made it too boxy and the arm hole too large. So I just used fabric tape to hold it together.

I really wanted to like this but it just didn’t fall right. The fit was fine but as others have said, it is extremely boxy and flares out, which makes it look even more cropped on the front. I can only imagine the tenting effect worsens if you have a larger bust. Love the pattern but ultimately it was a wasted spot.

Runs large; weird detail on the front
I really wanted to love this dress — the color and pattern are fun and every other Rixo dress has been a hit. First, the dress was very loose in the sleeve and I was able to slip it on without undoing the zipper. Second, there’s some gathering on the front, kind of like pleats?, that creates a loose pouch of fabric right at your stomach. Not sure if sizing down would’ve solved that issue.
