At 5'2 and 36D, this dress was very form fitting. The size 10 fit too perfectly. My obliques, former muffing top was the highlight of wearing this dress. I would recommend it for pear shaped girls or straight and narrow. If you've got any type of stomach, this will be the main attraction. I was able to wear it but I was so very conscious About letting my belly go when standing, specially after work. Still got a ton of compliments thought and it was work appropriate. I'm a size 2-4 in loft and 6 in high neck dresses. I'm a 8 and 10 in RTR dresses depending on the top and I may have been more comfortable in a 12 maybe? Def size up unless you're a A or B cup. The 10 fit in every way but I just was t happy with how form fitting it was on my midsection. Beautiful dress other wise. #sweeps

This was part of my unlimited rental. This top if recommendable for an A-C cup in the small size. At 36D, it squished my boobs since I wore a cupless/unlined bra. It fit and zipped fine just my boobs in my opinion did not look perky but I still wore it with my hair down and a pencil skirt. Looked great, lots of compliments at work.

It was an unlimited rental. I put it on and then sent it right back. I'm a D cup and I had so much room. Definitely size down, 2 sizes even. Even though I had more than enough room in the chest area, the fit wasn't flattering. Since it's a high collar, I just don't think it would have been flattering. My intent was to wear this for work.

Rented this as part of my Bday dress. I celebrated my 30th in Vegas and this was the most appropriate dress for it. I felt hot and looked the part too. I was able to wear a regular bra with it. I knew I was going to have a big dinner the night I wore it and the peplum help to hide my bloated stomach afterwards. The dress hit me right above my knees. It was just perfect and my husband loved it. Sad part was that I did not get a picture of me in it but its my favorite rental to date. Had not fitting issues at all.

I am currently wearing the dress at work. I'm a 36D at 5'2 and athletic frame. The dress fits perfectly from below my chest but if you're a D cup, this dress is not for you. If you really want it, size up but the bottom may be way loose. I had to wear a minimizer bra to get it to zip with my husbands help but I probably shouldn't have worn it as it's very constricting since there is no stretch and it's difficult to breath in it. This is not an issue of the dress, it's me wanting to wear it since I have it. My husband complimented me in it and have received numerous thumbs up and random people stopping me to compliment it. Great dress for day activities otherwise.

Wore this to my golden birthday celebration. We went to the casino to celebrate and I wanted something different and sexy. I was on my way to get healthy and had been working hard for 3 months when I wore this beauty. I wore the 12 and ordered the 10 as back up. From reading the reviews, I tried the 12 on and it fit comfortably. It was true it was a bit hard to lift my arms up but it did not constrict me from dancing or having fun. I like to do different things on special occasions and this is very different from what I am comfortable wearing. It was perfect. I bought pasties but got ready in a hurry that I forgot to wear them. I also felt comfortable with the coverage and support from the dress that I went bra less, which I had never done before too. All in all it was awesome!

This is a beautiful dress. However this was my fourth attempt at a dress and it barely zipped up one me. This was a suggestion from an RTR stylist who helped me since my first few dresses didn't fit. I was out of time and in San Francisco for a wedding and I had no other choice, I had the dresses delivered to the hotel room. I was told this dress looked nice on me even though I don't think that the picture does a great job of showing that. I ordered the 12 since my previous order were 10s and none were even close to zipping up top. If you have any stomach bulge or muffin top, you may want to wear spanx since it's very form fitting. It was hard to go to the bathroom since the sequins would get stuck on each other when I pulled my dress up. The sequins would get stuck pretty much any time I lifted the dress. I could see snapped strings too and strings coming out. You could only see them up close though. I did get a lot of compliments. The wedding had an "oscar party attire" request which I thought this would be great for but once I got there, compared to everyone else, I felt over dressed. I just kept my head up and kept confident since there was no turning back with the dress. It became a bit tight after dinner on the torso area but by then I had some alcohol in me so I didn't pay too much attention to it. The one great thing about this dress is that I had a lot of fun dancing in it since it was long so I used the skirt of the dress as a dancing prop, can can dancing type of thing. It's a beautiful dress but I really didn't like it on me and I will not rent this again. Customer service is great though, they stayed on the phone with me for over an hour trying to find me things to have it delivered overnight. I may not be renting this dress again but I will keep on being an RTR customer.

This was one of the dresses that I ordered with customer service after my first options were too small. This was too big. I have a muffin top and DD's and I thought this would fit my frame which it did but way too big. My usual dress size is a 10. B/c I ordered a 10 in the first few dresses with no luck in fit I went with a 12 in this one to be safe. It was not flattering on me at all. I had too much space on the chest area and just made me look like I had 2 giant blobs but not the attractive kind. I really wanted this dress to work but it didn't. This dress would work more for small frames up top. It also brought attention to the areas I wanted to hide. What I did like about this is that I would not have needed 5 inch heels to wear it since I was shoeless when I took the picture and the dress was just touching the floor with my 5'2 frame. This dress unfortunately, wasn't for me.

I'm athletic but bulky and top heavy and range in sizes 8-12. I'm mostly a 10 but after reading the reviews I went with an 8 and made the mistake of my back up size of 6 after reading the reviews that it ran large even on full bust girls. I tried the 8 first and I needed about 2 inches to zip it past my chest. I think the 10 may have fit and the 12 would have fit up top too but it would probably look funny in the midsection on me. I usually wear fit and flare dresses to hide a small muffin top that I'm very conscious of since the midsection evens out my muffin top. I don't know that this dress would have flattered my apple frame. I had ordered it for an "Oscars party " dress code for a wedding and thought that this would be appropriate. I was even more taken aback when my husband expressed that he couldn't believe that I would get that dress, he didn't like it at all and was happy it didn't fit me. I was panicked that all the dresses I ordered didn't fit me since we were out of town and I didn't have a dress b/c I had RTR shipped to the hotel we were staying at. Of course customer service took care of me right away and was able to get another option overnight-ed. This whole experience was my first with RTR and it was great despite my first order not fitting but customer service is great and I will be using them a lot this year for the many events I have coming up!

I'm all over the place with my size. I'm athletic but I'm thick, bulky and top heavy. I fit into sizes 8-12. I had ordered a 10 in this dress and I'm sad to say it was way small on me. Even if it were available in a 12 I don't know that it would have fit up top. The 10 zipped up all the way to mid back and then I had 2-4 inches left to zip I didn't take a picture of it while I was trying it on b/c I was panicking since none of the dresses I ordered fit me. Dress is very unique and I wear fit and flare looks b/c I have a tiny muffing top that bothers me in dresses and this dress hid that part. If it were available in a 12 I would probably try it out. This dress is not for top heavy girls but still beautiful. I gave it 3 stars b/c it runs small and I couldn't wear it. RTR and customer service did take care of me though, 5 stars to them.
