Not for girls with hips
Weird fit. My true size was snug in the hips and arms (I have muscles!), and the size up fit the hips, but then the waist was too big. I ended up not wearing it.

Definitely disappointed with this dress. If you have hips at all, order larger than you normally would. I ordered my normal size, plus the size above me and it barely fit. It didn't look good, so I returned it immediately and had to go with Plan B for a wedding I was attending. Also, I am small-busted and the top was even snug.
