I typically wear a 6, but this was made for someone a couple inches taller than me. I would have had to shorten the straps and tape the chest down to comfortably wear this. Instead I went with the size 4, which I had to squeeze into a little bit. The straps and chest fit perfectly, but it was tight in the thighs and hips. Most of the fabric gives a little so it wasn't too bad. However, I ate enough for dinner that I was very uncomfortable afterwards, since the lace had no give. I walked home half unzipped so I could breathe. Up until that point I really enjoyed this. It was a fun jumpsuit that could be dressed up or down. I'd wear it again if it had fit better.

This was my first RTR rental. I was apprehensive about renting a dress without knowing how it fit, but everyone in the reviews looked good and said it fit well. I'm glad I chose this dress as my first rental. I probably could have worn either the 4 or the 6 for this dress. I typically wear size 6 but the 6 became unavailable right before the wedding. The fabric has a lot of give, and the 4 worked very well. I was glad the dress was a bit thicker since it ended up being a cool fall day on a mountain. It was so comfortable for dancing in all night, I didn't even want to take it off by the end of the night. Overall, the dress was so much fun, and I was very happy with it! I really didn't experience any downsides. I'd be tempted to buy it if I had the chance.

I did not end up wearing this dress. I was way too short for it. The dress hit me just a few inches above my ankles while the top of the ruffles hugged my shins making it difficult to walk. Might be fun if I were about 6 inches taller.

When I first saw this dress I thought it was too busy until I looked at the review photos. It looks so much better on. I received several compliments on this dress. I wanted to wear this to the wedding but decided to wear it to the rehearsal dinner instead just because the other dress I got had more room for dancing. This would be fine but doesn't stretch at all. The biggest downside to this dress was just that it shows wear easily so it had a number of threads from the beading and lace that were coming loose, not really a big deal. Overall, this dress was a hit, and I'd recommend it!
