The dress fit was true to size. I wore this to work, but could easily wear it to an after work function or a party. I'm 5'5 and this dress was about 4 inches above the top of my knee. Depending how conservative you want to be at work, this dress might be too short. It was beautiful and light weight material. Perfect for summer!

I wore this to work. The dress has 2 layers. The second layer contains pockets. The coloring of the dress is tricky. I believe the top layer is navy and the second layer is a dark navy, almost black..but not quite.

I rented this dress for a charity auction. It was absolutely beautiful! I received comments on it all night. The only criticism I could give would be that the skirt got staticky and the toile became a little fluffier than I wanted towards the end of the night. Otherwise- Perfection!

This was my backup dress that I ordered. Luckily, my other dress fit perfectly :) This dress is very low on the chest. The material appears to be snug, but it is not at all. Any problem area are very obvious and accentuated. I believe this dress is truly only perfect for someone wit a perfect figure.

On the hanger , this dress looks perfect. Once I put it on though...not so much. The bust line lace kept flopping down. If you are someone that struggles with too much tummy, this dress if perfect for you. It will completely be covered by that front gathering. It also gathers in the back. If your trying to minimize your tummy or butt, this is the dress for you. If you are not trying to hide problem areas , you will not like the fit of this dress. My profile was thick and unflattering to me.
